4.1 Currency. All transactions on the eubet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). eubet does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in MYR.

5.1 Placement of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed through the eubet platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except in circumstances expressly permitted under the applicable game or sport rules.
5.2 Void Bets. eubet reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, suspended, or where there is clear evidence of system error, data corruption, or pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's eubet wallet.
5.3 Maximum Winnings. eubet may impose maximum payout limits on any single bet, event, or game type. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting interface. Where a winning amount exceeds the stated maximum, only the maximum limit will be paid.
5.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play odds on the eubet sportsbook are offered at eubet's discretion. eubet reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or limit in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events such as EPL matches, Malaysia Super League games, UFC bouts, or other live sporting events.
6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers issued by eubet are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
6.2 Bonus Abuse. eubet takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or colluding with other users. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
